S-4 Neo Selmer/Maccaferri Pickup with Twin Sensors and Neo Jack Assembly (Passive)

The S-4 Neo combines a pair of new S-4 sensors with the Neo-Jack to provide excellent sound with a non-invasive jack installation. The sensors adhere to the top just behind the bridge and the Neo-Jack mounts just behind the tailpiece using two of the existing tailpiece mounting screws. There are no holes to drill. 

The passive S-4 Neo works perfectly well and sounds good when plugged straight into any decent quality guitar amp.  As with any pickup, the sound can be further enhanced with an outboard preamp. If you require the ability to plug directly into a P.A. or mixer then the addition of a preamp is advisable.

The sensors for the S-4 mount easily with the supplied putty. Everything is prewired and ready to go. Placement of the sensors is directly over the bracing for the bridge box so response and feedback rejection are both excellent.

Any excess lead wire between the sensor and the Neo-Jack stores easily beneath the tailpiece. The only tool required for installation is a small Phillips screwdriver that will be used to install the Neo-Jack.

The Neo-Jack provides a standard 1/4" output jack.
