Stock items

Sandarac ships to all countries around the world. All orders for stock items up to and including 2Kg in weight are shipped within 1 business day of order receipt. We offer free shipping on all orders over £500.

For UK customers, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 services. These are normally received within 24 hours of dispatch.

VAT is included in the final price at checkout. For Channel Islands and the Isle of Man VAT is Payable at Zero rate.

For EU countries and the Rest of the World, orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked services. Delivery times will vary accordingly between 3-5 business days in Europe and 5-7 business days elsewhere.

VAT is Payable at Zero rate.

For customers in the USA, the Royal Mail International Tracked service is a Postal Delivery Dutes Paid Service. No additional customs duties should be charged. However, local sales taxes and customs handling charges may be applicable and will fall to the customer to pay direct to the local authorities before the order will be released. 

Commission builds and non-stock items

As our instruments are each hand crafted to order they are subject to varying build times according to workload, instrument type, size, finish, and model. Delivery times are therefore subject to a variety of criteria depending upon the customer spec.

As a guide average delivery times on a commissioned instrument are between 3 to 6 months. 

Fraud

In order to protect against fraud we are only able to ship items to the billing address of the credit/debit card holder. In all cases the address given on your order will be checked before shipment.
