The NR-02 A Active pairs the NR-02 sensor with a two channel endpin jack preamp that can be powered by either an onboard 9 volt battery or by up to 48 volts of phantom power. 

The NR-2 is the simplest way to add a pickup to a biscuit bridged resonator guitar. The sensor for the NR-2 adheres to the biscuit with 3M VHB tape.

The NR-2 sensor is small and light in weight. At only 1/8" high, 1/4" wide and 1 1/2"" in length, it does not affect the acoustic sound of the instrument. It is normally attached with 3M VHB mounting tape to the top of the biscuit.
