Schatten UKE-1 Series Pickups for Ukuleles

Introduced at the 2014 Winter NAMM show in Los Angeles, the new UKE-1 Series of ukulele pickups delivers a great sound at an affordable price. For all round performance, For the discerning musician, this is the uke pickup of choice.

The UKE-1 Series utilises a special polymer cable piezo element for a full, rich tone. The pickup is designed to be used with a preamp, either as one of the Active endpin jack preamp versions or for those who prefer an outboard preamp, the Player passive version can be combined with a Mini Pre belt-clipable preamp.

The UKE-1 series for ukuleles is available in three basic model ranges: 
The UKE-1 Player (passive) which does not come with a preamp, 
The UKE-1 Active which comes with a single channel endpin jack preamp,
and the UKE-1 A VT which comes with a single channel endpin jack preamp and Volume Control thumbwheel.
