We’ve received sporadic reports about problems with our web shop not processing payments.
This can be due to a number of factors ranging from signal drop, problems with PayPal, or even input errors. We fully appreciate the frustration this causes and apologise if you’ve experienced a problem when using our web store.
If you do have a problem, please contact us and let us know. If it’s out of hours we will get back to you first thing the following day and try to resolve the problem for you. If it’s in hours then please feel free to give us a call (or if you’d rather we call you simply contact us here or message us on Facebook with your number and we will call you as soon as we receive the message). Either way we’ll happily sort out your order and payment in person and ensure your order leaves at the same time it would have had your payment been processed smoothly online.
After Black Friday we have Cyber Monday and, after all the recent glitches with our web shop following the attack on our site a while ago, we’ve been assured that everything is now working as it should be so you can shop to your heart’s content.
This week is the last week we can guarantee to be able to ship to anywhere in the world and be able to assure you it’ll arrive in time to wrap it for Christmas. (For a full list of dates see our earlier post or come back on Wednesday when we’ll list them again.)
You can check out our giftware shop here but, being a bricks and mortar company rather than someone operating out of their back bedroom, you’re more than welcome to visit us at The Old Dairy and browse for yourself. Over the next week or so you’ll notice that we’ll be adding our giftware products to our latest outlet – the Facebook Shop. This will allow you to easily browse categories and then link to our regular webshop to complete your purchase securely.
