Offer ends tomorrow

03 - web picAll good things must come to an end and so it is with our We Pay the VAT offer.

We are sorry to those who left it to late in the offer to purchase the instrument of their choice and were disappointed.  In our defence, we did warn you at the beginning that, because the offer applied to in stock instruments, it would be a case of when they’re gone, they’re gone… and they went :-O

The offer will end at close of business tomorrow, September 4th.

Bank Holiday Opening Hours

27 - bank holidayThe last bank holiday weekend of the year will soon be upon us; you can tell by the weather we’re having, not to mention the absolutely torrential rain :-O

Because this weekend represents the run in to the last week of the We Pay the VAT offer we will be open by appointment on all three days to give you the maximum opportunity to try before you buy.  Plus, one of the advantages of being on Brickwall Farm is that, if the weather is good, you can take a walk down to the lake and make a day of it with a picnic.  Alternatively, we can recommend a lovely bistro pub in the the next village.

You can contact us here by e-mail, phone, or message us via our Facebook page to arrange a slot.  We look forwards to seeing you at the weekend.

26 - open by appointmentWe’d like to take the opportunity to remind you that The Old Dairy is open at weekends by appointment only.  Give us a call or send us an e-mail and we will be happy to sort something out for you.  For those of you unable to get to us easily, our webshop is open 24/7.

VAT freeShould you want to try before you buy with our We Pay the VAT offer (or any of our instruments), and not be able to get to us, you can use the drop and deposit scheme.  This scheme allows you to pay an upfront deposit on an instrument (with a maximum of two) which will then be delivered to you.  After a few days we will contact you to arrange return.  The deposit, minus carriage, is refunded on return of the instrument in the same condition in which it was sent.  The deposit can also be taken against the purchase price of the instrument meaning you just pay the outstanding balance.  If you have elected to try two and decide to take one, all you need do is pay the balance and return the other.

We hope this helps…
