This just about sums up how we’re feeling with BT’s customer service right now.
We still have no access to our phone number, no confirmed date as to when it will be restored, and no date as to when they might deign to forward our number to the temporary one they assigned us. What a joke!

Despite our best efforts we still do not have access to our phone number. We are able to call out but, if you need to contact us, please send us an e-mail, use the contact form on our website, or simply message us on here with your phone number and we will happily call you.
Please note that if you call our number you will get our usual voicemail message. However, we have no access to that mail box and cannot currently respond to any messages left there.
