With The Old Dairy being closed to visitors at the end of the week, and several postage deadlines fast approaching, we ask that you place your orders sooner rather than later if you are in one of the countries listed below:
Last Day to guarantee delivery before Christmas: please ensure we have received your order by 3pm otherwise, because we use a local post office, it could arrive at the main post office late.
Tomorrow (10th) – Cyprus , Malta Wednesday (for 11th and 12th) – Australia, Eastern Europe (except Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia), Greece, New Zealand, Turkey Friday (for 14th) – Canada, Czechia, Finland, Italy, Poland, Sweden, USA
With fewer than 50 days until Christmas we’ve received a few queries about how long will take for things to be delivered so today’s #WednesdayWisdom is about delivery times.
Our normal delivery is Royal Mail 1st Class signed for. This means it is normally delivered the next day although we always recommend leaving two days to be safe.
If you have more time and want to save a bit of money contact us for 2nd Class signed for. This usually takes 3-5 days. Some of our heavier items such as the Spring joint health supplement have this as the default option. However, during the run up to Christmas all the postage options tend to slow down due to volume and we recommend adding an extra day.
If you absolutely must have something urgently and can get to us easily we recommend giving us a call and popping in to see us. Alternatively, we can organise guaranteed next day, timed, and Saturday deliveries. Just contact us for details.
With Christmas Day falling midweek please note that the last dates for Royal Mail guaranteed delivery fall the week before on the 20th for 1st Class and the 18th for 2nd.
