We know no-one wants to face it, but there’s less than seven weeks before Christmas.  So we thought we’d remind you of some of the advantages of shopping with us.

Our web shop is open for you 24/7 and, should you want to, you can not only purchase giftware and pickups but also our instruments.

The Old Dairy is open during regular office hours (although we always recommend ringing ahead before setting out to ensure we’re not out and about on the Post Office run just as you plan to arrive).  The Old Dairy is also open out of hours by appointment.  For example we were open from 10-4 yesterday and until 8pm on Thursday.  Just give us a call and we’ll happily accommodate you if we can.

Need more details about a product?  No problems.  Just give us a call, or us the contact form on the website to e-mail us, and we’ll be happy to help.

And if all that isn’t enough, it’s worth remembering that we know all our luthiers personally.  We’ve not only visited their workshops but have made friends with them, visited their homes, and met their families – you don’t get that when a container load of product turns up dockside from some far flung country.  We also have good relationships with our giftware suppliers; most of which comes from the UK.

In terms of our giftware, the advantages of dealing with small UK companies are that, if we go out of stock, we can order just a few items and be restocked in a couple of days.  So, if the webshop says out of stock on something you really like, give us a call and, as long as it hasn’t been discontinued for any reason, we’ll sort something out for you.
