Picking, packing, and posting

Following yesterday’s post we’ve received a couple of questions about potential contamination on parcels.

As far as we are aware we are symptom free. However, during the run up to the lockdown, we were already taking precautions; sanitising hard surfaces, frequent hand washing, and using hand sanitiser.

In addition to this we are wearing gloves when getting your order ready and handing it over at the post office. Our local post office is also taking precautions when handling letters and parcels by wearing gloves and masks. What happens to it after that is beyond our control.

If you are concerned we suggest you wear gloves to open the package and the packaging around the pickup or strings. After that, remove your gloves and handle the item as normal.

We hope this helps.
