BM-1 Pickup for fixed bridge Bouzoukis, Mandolas, and Mandolins

The BM-1 Original series of pickups feature a  specially designed, lengthened, stick-on piezo sensor element to enable it to attach to bouzouki, mandola, or mandolin fixed (non-adjustable) bridge and instruments with a wider string spacing format than standard mandolins. The BM-1 pickups allow the addition of a pickup system to your instrument without having to change the bridge or make any additional modifications to the instrument.  The MVC jack assembly mounts easily to the underside of a 'normal' tailpiece with 3M VHB tape.

The BM-1 Original is available in two models:
BM-1 Standard: with MVC jack assembly
BM-1 Pro: with MVC plus volume control jack assembly 

This pickup has been designed to operate properly and sound terrific without the use of a preamp when plugged into any 'normal' amp (guitar amp, bass amp, etc.). If you require the added ability to be able to plug directly into a P.A. or mixer then you may wish to add one of the Mini-Pre belt-clip preamps to your pickup system.
