Shipping
The following shipping options are available at point of order;
Direct
Your order is shipped direct from the Kremona studios to your door. This is the default shipment option for trade customers, guitars, and accessories. Please note that the larger bowed instruments should be taken to a local luthier or music store for set-up.
Via Sandarac with Free Set-Up*
Your order is shipped from the Kremona studios to Sandarac for unpacking and set-up. Upon receipt the instrument is set-up by our expert luthiers either to a default setting or to your own specific requirements. Following set-up the instrument can either be collected in person from the Sandarac showroom, or it can be shipped direct to your location by secure ‘next day' service.
If you chose to take advantage of the free set-up we recommend that you collect your instrument in person to be sure that it is set-up exactly to your specific requirements.
Where this is not possible the instrument can be re-packed and shipped to your chosen location in the UK , Eire , the Isle of Man , or the Channel Islands . Please note that we can not be held responsible for any alteration in set-up that occurs as a result of onward shipping.
